Mt Everest base camp, nepal This outstanding trek to the base camp of the world’s highest mountain will take us through the lush valleys of Sagarmatha National Park, with time to explore its villages and monasteries.

Our trekking adventure begins at Lukla, where we will trek to the Sherpa capital of Namche Bazaar. The trek leads gradually uphill from Thyangboche, where we reach our goal of Everest Base Camp with is glacial floor and sunlit valley. If we have any energy reserves we can aim for the highpoint of Kalapathar (5,647m) with breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding peaks and glaciers including Mt. Everest.
